Questions
- What counts as a storm — when do you come?
- We plow every snowfall of 2 inches or more, as many times as it snows between November 15 and April 15. There is no per-visit charge and no cap on the number of storms. Below the trigger, the driveway is yours to sweep or leave.
- Why only 01062?
- Because plowing is a route, not a job. Keeping every driveway in one village means the whole route gets cleared in one pass, and you are not waiting on someone across town. If we expand to more of Northampton next winter, 01062 customers hear first.
- Is shoveling included?
- No — the $999 package covers the driveway and the apron where it meets the street. Walkways, steps and tight spots that need a shovel or snowblower are quoted separately. Tick the box on the signup form and we will price it for your property.
- Where does the snow go?
- Onto your property, piled where it will not block sightlines or the street. Before the first storm we walk the driveway with you, note where the edges and any hidden obstacles are, and agree where the piles go. Photos go on file so the route driver has them every time.
- What if I sign up after the season starts?
- Call us. Depending on how much of the winter is left we may prorate, or ask you to wait for next season if the route is full.
- How do I pay?
- Once, up front, by card or bank transfer through Stripe when you sign up below. Your receipt arrives by email immediately, and you are on the route as soon as it clears.
